Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before the item has been produced or shipped.
If approved, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once production or shipping has begun.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- It is returned in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Important Notes
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to customer reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Fees will depend on the chosen courier.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you a confirmation.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
