At Latex Luxe, every piece is crafted with precision and care. As soon as your order is placed, it enters our production workflow. All garments are custom-made based on your selection, either using our standard sizing or personalized measurements.

Our standard production timeline is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on order complexity and production load. Each piece undergoes a thorough Quality Assurance (QA) check to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

You’ll receive multiple updates via email during the production process, including:

• Order confirmation and processing
• Production queue placement
• Material cutting and gluing status
• Completion of custom finishes (if any)
• QA clearance
• Shipping confirmation

Shipping

We ship worldwide in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There are no visible references to latex or fashion on the outside of the parcel. Your comfort and confidentiality are our priority.

We offer several shipping options depending on location and order size:

1. Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / 4PX)
   Fast and reliable. Delivery time typically 3–5 working days. Charges are based on the courier’s live rates, starting from around $10 USD per KG.
2. China Post (Economy)
   Delivery takes around 7–14 working days to most countries. Slower but more affordable. Includes a tracking number.
3. Bulk Shipping Option
   If your order can be grouped with others for dispatch, we may offer bulk shipment to reduce costs. We will always notify you and get your approval before using this method, and any shipping overcharges will be refunded accordingly.

Calculating Your Shipping Rate

Shipping costs vary by country, weight, and delivery method. To get an accurate estimate:

• Add desired items to your shopping cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Input your shipping country and address
  (You won’t be charged until the order is completed)

The system will then display the exact shipping cost and total order value including product price, tax (if applicable), and shipping.

Customs and Duties

Shipping charges do not include customs fees or import taxes. These are determined by your local customs office. For latex apparel, we use standardized tariff codes (e.g., “Rubber clothing for fashion use”), but classifications may vary by country.
