Product Modifications

Please be aware that once you modify or alter our products, including printing, dyeing, or washing, Latex Luxe cannot accept returns or claims related to such modifications. All customized or altered items are non-returnable unless defective.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. Returned items must be in their original condition. If returned items are not in original condition, a restocking fee of 25% may be applied, along with additional charges for processing.

Certain items, including panties, stockings, and items that have been altered or used, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please refer to our full Return Policy for more details.
